What counts as a billable booking?
You pay for the bookings your salon actually processes. Cancellations and no-shows are free.
What happens in a quiet month?
Fewer bookings means a smaller bill, and no bookings means no software usage to pay for. There is no fixed monthly software subscription underneath it.
Do extra staff or locations cost more?
The price is per booking, not per user or per location. Adding a location or a provider does not change the rate you pay.
How am I invoiced?
Each month is closed into one invoice for the bookings processed in that month, with the tier-by-tier breakdown visible in your own environment.
